Agustus 2026. Serta perkembangan kasus baru terkait dengan
Dugaan tindak pidana Penggelapan Dalam Jabatan dan
Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang (TPPU / Money Laundering)
yang telah juga dilaporkan kepada Polres Metro Jakarta
Selatan dengan nomor laporan:
LP/3454/VIII/2026/SPKT/POLRES METRO JAKSEL/POLDA
METRO JAYA tanggal 31 Agustus 2026.
Menimbang Pasal 106 ayat (1), (2), (3), dan (4) Undang-
Undang No. 40 Tahun 2007 tentang Perseroan Terbatas
Dewan Komisaris Perusahaan telah menetapkan Surat
Keputusan No. 024/S.Kep/P.Kom-Rw/VIII/2026 tertanggal 26
Agustus 2026. Melalui keputusan tersebut, Perusahaan resmi
membebastugaskan Sdr. Jenry Cardo Manurung dari
jabatannya sebagai Direktur Keuangan dan Layanan terhitung
mulai tanggal 8 September 2026.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Selama masa pembebastugasan, Anggota Direksi yang
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan bersangkutan tidak diperkenankan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, melakukan tindakan pengurusan Perusahaan, serta dilarang
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau menggunakan fasilitas maupun menjalankan kewenangan
Perusahaan Publik yang melekat pada jabatannya

Description of Material Information or With reference to Information Disclosure Report Number 018
Facts SK KI CORSEC VIII 2026 dated August 11 2026 regarding the
alleged criminal offense of embezzlement of funds and
investments which was reported to the Criminal Investigation
Agency of the Indonesian National Police Bareskrim Polri
under Police Report Number LP B 386 VIII 2026 SPKT
BARESKRIM POLRI dated August 21 2026 as well as
developments in a new case concerning the alleged criminal
offenses of embezzlement in office and money laundering
which was also reported to the South Jakarta Metro Police
under Police Report Number LP 3454 VIII 2026 SPKT
POLRES METRO JAKSEL POLDA METRO JAYA dated
August 31 2026.
Having regard to Article 106 paragraphs 1 2 3 and 4 of Law
Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies,
the Company Board of Commissioners has issued Decree
Number 024 S Kep P Kom Rw VIII 2026 dated August 26
2026. Through this decree, the Company has officially relieved
Mr Jenry Cardo Manurung of his duties as Director of Finance
and Services, effective as of September 8 2026.
Impact of event, material information or During the period of suspension from duty, the concerned
facts towards Issuers or Public member of the Board of Directors is not permitted to perform
Company’s operational activities, legal, acts of Company management and is prohibited from using
financial condition, or going concern facilities or exercising the authority attached to their position.
