Penjelasan: Hingga saat ini, tidak terdapat kejadian atau informasi material lainnya yang
belum diungkapkan kepada publik dan dapat mempengaruhi harga efek Perseroan atau
kelangsungan usaha Perseroan. Perseroan tetap berkomitmen untuk menerapkan prinsip
keterbukaan informasi secara tepat waktu dan sesuai dengan regulasi yarg berlaku.

4. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana
diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017 Tentang Laporan
Kepemilikan atau Setia» Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka

Penjelasan: Perseroan tidak memiliki informasi mengenai adanya aktivitas dari pemegang
saham tertentu yang berkaitan dengan transaksi kepemilikan saham yang dapat mempengaruhi
harga saham Perseroan. Jika terdapat perubahan kepemilikan saham oleh pemegang saham
tertentu sesuai dengan ambang batas yang ditetapkan dalam POJK No. 11/POJK.04/2017, maka
informasi tersebut akan dilaporkan sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku.

5. Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu
dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencazatan saham Perseroan di
Bursa (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang)?

Penjelasan: Saat ini. Perseroan tidak memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan
korporasi yang berpotensi mempengaruhi pencatatan saham di Bursa dalam tiga bulan ke depan.
Jika terdapat rencana korporasi di masa mendatang, Perseroan akan rrengumumkannya sesuai
dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.

Apakah terdapat rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan

6. Apakah terdapat rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di
Perseroan? Dalam hal ini, mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary meranyakan terlebih dahulu
kepada pemegang saham utama dalam menjawab konfirmasi tersebut.

Penjelasan: Perseroan telah melakukan komunikasi dengan pemegang saham utama, dan
berdasarkan informasi yang kami terima, tidak terdapat rencana perubahan kepemilikan
saham utama dalam waktu dekat. Jika di kemudian hari terdapat perubahan terkait
kepemilikan saham, irformasi tersebut akan disampaikan sesuai dengan ketentuan keterbukaan
informasi.

Following up on a letter from the Indonesia Stock Exchange No. S-00893/BEI. PP3/01-2025
regarding the reguest for an explanation on th2 volatility of the securities transaction of PT Ever
Shine Textile Industry Tbk (ESTI) on January 24, 2025, we would like to submit a response to
the reguest for explanation:

1. Is the Company aware of any information or material facts that may affect the value of the
company's securities or the investment decision of investors as stipulated in the Financial
Services Authority Regulation Number 31/POJK.04/2015 concerning the Disclosure of
Information or Material Facts by Issuers or Public Companies?

Explanation: To date, the Company is not aware of any informatiom or material facts that
may affect the value cf the company's securities or the investment decision of investors as
stipulated in OJK Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015.

2.  Whether the Company is aware of any information or material facts that may affect the
value of the company's securities or the investor's investment decision as stipulated in Regulation
Number I-E: Obligation to Submit Information under points III.2.1. and IV.2.1. Attachment to
the Decree of the Board of Directors of the Indonesia Stock Exchange Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021

Explanation: The Company is also not aware of certain information or material facts that
may affect the value of the company's securities or the investment decision of investors as
referred to in IDX Regulation Number I-E. Currently, the Company operates as usual without
any extraordinary events that could have a significant impact on the share price.

3. Other important information/facts/events that are material and may affect the price of the
Company's securities and the survival of the Company that have not been disclosed to the public.

Explanation: To date, there are no events or other material information that has not been
disclosed to the public and may affect th2 price of the Company's securities or the Company's
business continuity. The Company remains committed to implementing the principle of
information disclosure in a timely manner anc in accordance with applicable regulations.

4. Whether the Company is aware of the activities of certain shareholders as stipulated in the

5. Does the Company have any plans to take corporate action in the near future, including
corporate plans that wi:l affect the listing of the Company's shares on the Stock Exchange (at
least in the next 3 months)?

Explanation: Currently, the Company has mo plans to take corporate actions that have the
potential to affect the listing of shares on the Stock Exchange in the next three months. If there is
a corporate plan in the future, the Company will announce it in accordance with applicable
regulations.

6. Is there a major shareholder's plan related to its share ownership in the Company? In this
case, please ask the Corporate Secretary first to ask the main shareholders in answering the
confirmation.

Explanation: The Company has communicated with major shareholders, and based on the
information we have received, there are no plans to change the ownership of major shares in
the near future. If there is a change in stock ownership in the future, the information will be
submitted in accordance with the provisions df information disclosure.

The Company is always committed to complying with the principles of information disclosure
and good corporate governance. If there are further developments in the future, we will
immediately inform the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the public in accordance with applicable
