Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material CBDK, perusahaan yang baru melantai di Bursa Efek
Indonesia pada tanggal 13 Januari 2025 lalu, mencatatkan
pra-penjualan sebesar Rp 2,1 triliun. Kontribusi terbesar
berasal dari pra-penjualan kavling komersial yang
mencatatkan pra-penjualan mencapai Rp 1,5 triliun atau
peningkatan 78% dari periode yang sama di tahun 2023, yaitu
Rp 835 miliar. Pencapaian ini diikuti oleh pra-penjualan
residensial dan produk komersial yang masing-masing
mencatatkan pra-penjualan sebesar Rp 318 miliar dan Rp 308
miliar.
