The Company has received addition of credit facility from PT Bank PT Bank Victoria International Tbk so that the total borrowings become Rp515 billion, and reflecting 36,975 of total eguity of the Company as of December 31, 2023. Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau keberlangsungan usaha Emiten — atau — PP/ Impact of such material information or fact to the Company's operational, law, financial condition or business Tujuan pendanaan ini adalah untuk keperluan modal kerja Perseroan yaitu pemberian kredit Consumer Finance, Tidak ada dampak material dari kejadian, informasi, atau fakta material terhadap kondisi keuangan Perseroan, hukum dan keberlangsungan usaha Perseroan kecuali adanya kewajiban pembayaran bunga dan pokok pinjaman secara periodik/ Credit facility will be used for The Company's working capital purposes, namely offering Consumer Finance and Financial Lease loans, There's no material impact to the Company's financial condition, except for the obligation to pay interest and principal on a periodic basic. Keterangan lain-lain/ Other information Penandatanganan Perjanjian Fasilitas ini merupakan Transaksi Material sebagaimana dimaksud dalam POJK No. 17, dimana nilai pinjaman melebihi 20x dari ekuitas Perseroan berdasarkan Laporan Keuangan Audited per 31 Desember 2023 yang diaudit oleh KAP Paul Hadiwinata, Hidajat, Arsono, Retno, Palilingan & Rekan. Namun demikian, Perseroan tidak wajib menggunakan Penilai dan

2 buanafinance memperoleh persetujuan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS) sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 11 POJK No.17 karena merupakan transaksi pinjaman yang diterima secara langsung dari bank / The execution of the Facility Agreement Constitutes ad Material Transoction under POIK No. 17, where the borrowing amount of the facility exceeds 2036 of the Company's eguity based on Audited Financial Statement as of December 31, 2023 audited by KAP Paul Hadiwinata, Hidajat, Arsono, Retno, Palilingan & Rekan.
