Seluruhnya diatas selanjutnya disebut dengan “Pemberi Kuasa” Pemberi Kuasa dengan ini memberikan kuasa kepada: Imelda Mulyani Harsono, Warga Negara Republik Indonesia, pemegang Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP) No. 3578084504820001, bertempat tinggal di Surabaya selaku Sekretaris Perusahaan dari PT Samator Indo Gas Tbk : Selanjutnya disebut dengan “Penerima Kuasa” KHUSUS Bertindak untuk dan atas nama Pemberi Kuasa, untuk menghadap, menyerahkan, dan menerima semua dokumen, serta melaksanakan segala tindakan yang dipersyaratkan atau diperlukan sehubungan dengan laporan atas perubahan kepemilikan saham langsung oleh Pemberi Kuasa dalam PT Samator Indo Gas Tbk kepada Otoritas Jasa Keuangan dan setiap badan pengatur lainnya di Indonesia sebagaimana dianggap perlu berdasarkan hukum yang berlaku di Indonesia Segala kuasa dan wewenang yang diberikan oleh Pemberi Kuasa kepada Penerima Kuasa dalam Surat Kuasa ini berlaku dari tanggal Surat Kuasa ini sampai dengan Surat Kuasa ini dicabut oleh Pemberi Kuasa. Pemberi Kuasa memiliki hak yang tidak terbatas untuk mencabut Surat Kuasa ini secara sepihak dengan memberikan pemberitahuan tertulis kepada Penerima Kuasa. Surat Kuasa ini ditandatangai oleh kedua belah pihak pada hari ini, Senin 11 November 2024. All mentioned above refered to as the “Grantor” The Grantor hereby gives power and authority to: Imelda Mulyani Harsono, Citizen of the Republic of Indonesia, holder of Identity Card (KTP) No. 3578084504820001, residing in Surabaya as the Corporate Secretary of PT Samator Indo Gas Tbk, Hereinafter referred to as “Attorney-in-Fact” SPECIFICALLY To act for and on behalf of the Grantor, in order to appear, deliver, and receive all documents, and to take all actions reguired or necessary in connection with the report on the change of the Grantor's direct shareholding in PT Samator Indo Gas Tbk to the Financial Services Authority and any other regulatory body in Indonesia as deemed necessary under the prevailing laws in Indonesia. All power and authority granted by the Grantor to the Attorney-in-Fact in this Power of Attorney shall be effective from the date of this Power of Attorney until this Power of Attorney is revoked by the Grantor. The Grantor has the unrestricted right to revoke this Power of Attorney unilaterally by giving written notice to the Attorney-in-Fact. This Power of Attorney is signed by both parties on this day, Monday 11 November 2024.
