Tanggal Transaksi :21 Januari 2025 Objek Transaksi Pemberian Fasilitas Pinjaman perusahaan terkendali Perseroan PT Yudha Wahana Abadi (YWA) ke PT Muaratoyu Subur Lestari (MSL). Uraian Transaksi F 1. Berdasarkan perjanjian hutang piutang yang dibuat antara YWA dengan MSL. Nilai fasilitas pinjaman yang diberikan maximum sebesar Rp 400.000.000.000 Pihak — pihak yang terlibat dalam transaksi : a. Perseroan. b. PT Yudha Wahana Abadi (YWA) merupakan perusahaan terkendali dari Perseroan melalui AMP yang sahamnya dimiliki oleh AMP sebesar 99,999.
