Direktur, Komisaris dan/atau Pejabat Eksekutif Emiten menjadi Direktur dan/atau Komisaris pada Emiten lain. Criterias of One Group of Companies: 1. The Issuer control other issuers; 2. The same party control some of the aforementioned issuers; 3.
