Tahapan pelaksanaan pengambilalihan BVIS oleh Perseroan masih berlangsung dan akan diselesaikan dengan memperhatikan ketentuan perundang-undangan, antara lain: didapatkannya persetujuan dari RUPS Perseroan dan BVIS, persetujuan OJK atas pengambilalihan BVIS oleh Perseroan, hasil penilaian kemampuan dan kepatutan Perseroan sebagai pemegang saham pengendali BVIS dan persetujuan atas rencana pembentukan Kelompok Usaha Bank serta tunduk pada peraturan Kementerian Hukum Republik Indonesia khusus untuk penjualan saham yang terdaftar atas nama BHP Jakarta. Informasi yang diungkapkan tidak memiliki dampak material terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan./ The stages of implementing the acguisition of BVIS by the Company are still ongoing and will be completed in compliance with relevant Laws and regulations, including: obtaining approval from the Company's and BVIS's General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS), approval from OJK for the Company's acguisition of BVIS, the results of the Company's fit and proper test as the controlling shareholder of BVIS, approval of the plan establishment of a Bank Business Group and subject to the regulations of the Ministry of Law of the Republic of Indonesia specifically for the sale of shares registered in the name of BHP Jakarta.
