On January 16, 2025, the Company's
subsidiary - PT.Usaha Era Pratama
Nusantara ("UEPN"), and other Companies
Description of Information or Material who jointly have shares ownership in
Facts PT.Energi Manyar Sejahtera ("EMS")
resolved to the liguidation of EMS and to
appoint a liguidator to carry out the
Resolution.
EMS was established in 2015, with the
shareholders consisting of UEPN,
PT.Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia
(“BJTI"), PT.Santiniluwansa Lestari and PT
Amanah Indo Invest. The purpose and
objectives of the establishment of EMS are
to carry out business activities in the
industry sector, trade and services of power
plant in Surabaya. UEPN has shares
ownership portion of 4546 in EMS with a
value of Rp450,000,000 as of September
30, 2024.
