Sri Nugroho selaku Anggota Komite Audit Perseroan telah
meninggal dunia pada tanggal 20 Juni 2026.
Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, maka Perseroan sedang
melakukan proses untuk mencari pengganti beliau sebagai
salah satu anggota Komite Audit Perseroan dengan
berpegang pada aturan yang berlaku saat ini.
Selanjutnya informasi terkait anggota Komite Audit yang baru
akan dsampaikan segera setelah kami menyelesaikan proses
penggantian Komite Audit tersebut.
