Pada tahun 2025, Perseroan akan mulai merealisasikan penggunaan dana Penawaran Umum Perdana (“IPO”) sesuai dengan komitmen Perseroan yang telah dijabarkan pada prospektus IPO Perseroan. Melalui kesempatan ini, Perseroan juga ingin menyampaikan kembali bahwa sesuai dengan sebagaimana yang telah dijabarkan pada Prospektus IPO Perseroan dimana dana yang diperoleh dari hasil penjualan saham Azara Alpina Sdn Bhd (“Pemegang Saham Penjual”) akan menjadi milik Pemegang Saham Penjual. Perseroan tidak akan memperoleh bagian dari hasil penjualan saham oleh Pemegang Saham Penjual dan Pemegang Saham Penjual akan menanggung seluruh biaya emisi yang berkaitan Dear Sir, In order to fulfil obligation of PT Daya Intiguna Yasa Tbk (the “Company'),as reguired under OJK Regulation No. 30/POJK.04/2015 conceming Report on Realization of the Proceeds of the Public Offering and the Decree of the Board of Directors of the Indonesia Stock Exchange No: Kep-00066/IDX/09-2022 on the Amendments to Regulation Number I-E concerning Information Submission Obligations, the Company hereby intends to convey our Report on Realization of the Proceeds of the Public Offering as of December 31, 2024. In 2025, the Company will commence the realization of the Initial Public Offering (“IPO”) proceeds in accordance with the Company's commitment that was disclosed in the Company's IPO prospectus. On this occasion, the Company would like to reiterate that in accordance with what has been disclosed in the Prospectus of Company's IPO in which the funds obtained from the sale of shares of the Azara Alpina Sdn Bhd (“Selling Shareholders”) will belong to the Selling Shareholders. The Company will not receive any portion of the proceeds from the sale of shares by the Selling Shareholders and the Selling Shareholders will bear all emission costs related to the sale of shares of the Selling Shareholders.
