Hasil RUPS Tahunan Perseroan tanggal 17 Mei 2024 mengenai Persetujuan Perubahan Pengurus Perseroan Perseroan telah menerima keputusan dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) tanggal 10 Januari 2025 yaitu surat nomor SR- 13/PB.02/2025 tanggal 9 Januari 2025 perihal Keputusan atas BANK SYARIAH Pengajuan Calon Anggota DPS PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk. Adapun surat OJK tersebut menerangkan bahwa OJK telah memutuskan untuk menyetujui pengangkatan Sdr. Abdul Ghofur sebagai anggota DPS PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk. 1. Results of the AGMS on 17 May 2024 concerning Approval of Change to the Company's Management. 2. The Company has received a decision from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) dated January 10, 2025, namely letter number SR-13/PB.02/2025 dated January 9, 2025 regarding the Decision on the Submission of Candidates for DPS Members of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk.
