Tanggal Transaksi :14 Januari 2025 , Objek Transaksi Pemberian Fasilitas Pinjaman perusahaan terkendali Perseroan PT Dwiwira Lestari Jaya (DLJ).ke PT Muaratoyu Subur Lestari (MSL). Uraian Transaksi 1. Berdasarkan perjanjian hutang piutang yang dibuat antara DLJ dengan MSL. Nilai fasilitas pinjaman yang diberikan maximum sebesar Rp 150.000.000.000 Pihak — pihak yang terlibat dalam transaksi : a. Perseroan. b. PT Dwiwira Lestari Jaya (DLJ) merupakan perusahaan terkendali dari Perseroan melalui AMP yang sahamnya dimiliki oleh AMP sebesar 99,99”. Transaction Description : 1. Based on the debt and receivables agreement made between DLJ.and MSLx The maximum value of the loan facility provided is IDR 150,000,000,000 Parties involved in the transaction: a. Perseroan. b. PT Dwiwira Lestari Jaya (DUJ) is a controlled company of the Company through AMP whose shares are owned by AMP of 99.99Yo.
