Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 9 Januari 2025, PT Masmindo Dwi Area
("MDA"), anak perusahaan Perseroan, telah memilih
Macmahon Holding Limited (ASX: MAH) ("Macmahon")
sebagai kontraktor jasa pertambangan untuk proyek emas
Awak Mas yang berlokasi di Sulawesi Selatan, Indonesia
("Kontrak Jasa Pertambangan").
Nilai yang disepakati untuk Kontrak Jasa Pertambangan
adalah sebesar A$463 juta (empat ratus enam puluh tiga juta
dollar Australia), untuk jangka waktu 7 (tujuh) tahun, dengan
opsi dapat diperpanjang untuk 5 (lima) tahun, yang akan
dimulai pada tengah tahun 2025 ini.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Penunjukan jasa kontrak pertambangan ini merupakan strategi
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Perseroan, terutama MDA untuk dapat menjalankan proyek
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, emas Awak Mas.

Description of Material Information or -On 9 January 2025, PT Masmindo Dwi Area ("MDA"), a
Facts subsidiary of the Company, has selected Macmahon Holding
Limited (ASX: MAH) ("Macmahon") as the mining services
contractor for the Awak Mas gold project located in South
Sulawesi, Indonesia ("Mining Services Contract").
The agreed value for the Mining Services Contract is A$463
million (four hundred and sixty three million Australian dollars),
for a period of 7 (seven) years, with an option to extend for 5
(five) years, which will commence in mid-2025.
