   PGN Secures 4,651 BBTU Gas Supply from Jabung Block to Strengthen
                        Domestic Energy Needs

Jakarta – PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGN), Indonesia’s leading natural gas
company, has secured an additional gas supply of 4,651 BBTU from PetroChina
International Jabung Ltd (PCJL), sourced from Jabung Block. This strategic move
ensures the supply of natural gas to meet domestic industrial and power sector
demands, aligning with the government’s priorities for energy resilience and economic
growth.

The gas will be delivered through the Betara Gas Plant in Jambi, underscoring the
strong collaboration between PGN, PCJL , and Indonesia government through SKK
Migas, to support a reliable domestic energy infrastructure. SKK Migas has also
endorsed this allocation to maximize its utilization for domestic consumption.

The Gas Sales Purchase Agreement (GSPA), period from January 1, 2025, to
December 31, 2026, was signed by Ratih Esti Prihatini PGN’s Commercial Director
and Wang Lei, President Director of PCJL, on January 10, 2025.

“The additional supply from the Jabung Block comes at a critical time for PGN as we
address pipeline gas supply challenges. We are committed to securing alternative
sources of gas to support energy security and sustain Indonesia’s industrial growth,
which is fundamental to the nation’s economic development,” said Ratih Esti Prihatini
(10/01/2025).

Indonesia’s regions. Our partnership with PGN has consistently delivered reliable
