PGN Strengthens LNG Supply from Tangguh Through Collaboration with West
                  Papua’s Regional-Owned Enterprise

Jakarta – PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGN), as Pertamina’s Gas Subholding,
has signed a strategic partnership with the Regional-Owned Enterprise (BUMD) of
West Papua to optimize the allocation of LNG from PT Padoma Lirik Energy (PLE).
This collaboration involves utilizing approximately 20 MMSCFD of LNG, equivalent to
two cargoes annually, from BP Tangguh LNG facility in West Papua. This initiative
aligns with PGN’s broader strategy to ensure reliable and diversified gas supply while
adhering to Indonesia’s regulatory framework.

“This collaboration is a pivotal step in supporting government policies on gas
allocation. We are optimistic that this partnership will deliver substantial value to
stakeholders,” said Erix Ayatanoi, representing the Governor of West Papua.

Ratih Esti Prihatini, PGN’s Commercial Director, highlighted the strategic importance
of this initiative. “PGN’s access to Tangguh LNG underscores our focus on meeting
customer demand while reinforcing our sustainability agenda. This collaboration
supports our commitment to energy diversification and sustainability, ensuring the
long-term stability of our supply chain.”

The partnership supports PGN’s goal of addressing current pipeline gas supply
constraints in key regions. As domestic gas demand continues to rise, PGN is
maintaining close coordination with stakeholders to identify optimal solutions for
national energy resilience and to support energy self-sufficiency.
