Penurunan Harga Saham
Sehubungan dengan terjadinya penurunan harga kumulatif yang signifikan pada Saham PT Satria
Antaran Prima Tbk. (SAPX), Perseroan telah menerima Surat dari Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan
nomor S-13007/BEI.PP2/12-2024 mengenai Permintaan Penjelasan atas Volatilitas transaksi efek
tertanggal 11-12-2024 yang telah direspond Perseroan dengan surat Nomor 005/SAPX-
CORSEC/XII/2024 tertanggal 12 Desember 2024 yang menyatakan bahwa Perseroan tidak
mengetahui penyebab volatilitas saham Perseroan yang terjadi akhir akhir ini.
Regarding the significant cumulative decline in the stock price of PT Satria Antaran Prima Tbk.
(SAPX), the Company has received a letter from the Indonesia Stock Exchange with reference
number S-13007/BEI.PP2/12-2024 regarding a Request for Explanation on the Volatility of
Securities Transactions dated December 11, 2024.
The Company has responded to this letter through correspondence No. 005/SAPX-CORSEC/XII/2024
dated December 12, 2024, stating that the Company is unaware of the cause of the recent volatility
in its stock.
