mengenai kesiapan dana untuk pelunasan
obligasi sebagaimana diatur dalam
ketentuan IV.2.11 Surat Keputusan Direksi
BEI No. Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 tanggal
30 September 2022 tentang Perubahan
Peraturan Nomor I-E tentang Kewajiban
Penyampaian Informasi, bersama ini kami
laporkan kepada BEI bahwa kami telah
memiliki dan menyiapkan dana untuk
pelunasan penuh atas pokok Obligasi
Berkelanjutan | Petrindo Jaya Kreasi
Tahap | Tahun 2025 Seri A sebesar
Rp. 97.500.000.000 (Sembilan puluh tujuh
miliar lima ratus juta Rupiah) dengan
tingkat bunga tetap sebesar 6,754 per
tahun yang akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal
11 Juli 2026 (“Obligasi”) dan pokok Sukuk
Wakalah Berkelanjutan | Petrindo Jaya
Kreasi Tahap | Tahun 2025 Seri A sebesar
Rp. 52.500.000.000 (Lima puluh dua miliar
lima ratus juta Rupiah) dengan tingkat
bunga tetap sebesar 6,75Y6 pertahun yang
akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal 11 Juli
2026 (“Sukuk Wakalah”)

Dear Sir,

In order to comply with the obligation to
submit an incidental report in the form of a
report on the readiness of funds for
repayment of the bonds as stated in the
provision of IV.2.11 of the Decree of the
Board of Directors of BEI No. Kep-
00066/BEI/09-2022 dated 30 September
2022 regarding the Change to Regulation
Number I-E on the Obligation to Submit
Information, we hereby submit this report to
BEI informing that we have prepared and
made available the funds for the repayment
of the principal amount of the Petrindo Jaya
Kreasi Shelf Registered Bonds I Phase |
Year 2025 Series A amounting to
Rp. 97.500.000.000 (Ninety seven billion
five hundred million Rupiah) with a fixed
interest rate of 6.7546 per annum which will
bedueon July 11, 2026 (the “Bonds”) and
the principal amount of the Petrindo Jaya
Kreasi Shelf Registered Sukuk Wakalah |
Phase I Year 2025 Series A amounting to
Rp. 52.500.000.000 (Fifty two billion five
hundred million Rupiah) with a fixed interest
rate of 6.7546 per annum which will be due
on July 11, 2026 (the “Sukuk Wakalah”) p
