Pengganti Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa PT
UHN tanggal 2 Januari 2025, Pemegang Saham PT UHN:
Menyetujui pengangkatan anggota Direksi PT UHN yang baru,
yakni:
- Ery Yunasri, S.H., LLM, sebagai Direktur Utama
Perseroan;
terhitung efektif sejak 2 Januari 2025 untuk menjalani masa
jabatan 5 (lima) tahun dengan tidak mengurangi hak Rapat
Umum Pemegang Saham untuk memberhentikannya sewaktu-
waktu.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak terdapat dampak atas perubahan anggota Direksi
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha pada Perseroan maupun
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau PT UHN.

Facts of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of PT
UHN dated January 2, 2025, the Shareholders of PT UHN
have resolved, among others, the following matters:
Approve the appointment of new members of the Board of
Directors of PT UHN, namely:
- Ery Yunasri, S.H., LLM, as the President Director of
the Company;
effective as of January 2, 2025, for a term of 5 (five) years
without prejudice to the rights of the General Meeting of
Shareholders to dismiss any of them at any time.
