CORRECTION OF THE ANNOUNCEMENT
EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS 2025
PT BANK PEMBANGUNAN DAERAH JAWA BARAT DAN BANTEN, Tbk.
PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten, Tbk. (the “Company”) hereby
announces the Correction of the Announcement of the Extraordinary General Meeting of
Shareholders 2025 (the “Meeting”) as follows:
Before:
1. The invitation of the Meeting will be announced on Tuesday, December 24, 2024 at
least through the website of PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (“KSEI”), the
website of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (“IDX”), and the Company's website.
2. Shareholders who are entitled to attend/be represented and vote at the Meeting are
those whose names are recorded in the Company's Register of Shareholders on
Monday, December 23, 2024 and owners of the Company's shares in the sub-
securities account of KSEI on the closing of the Company's stock trading at BEI on
Monday, December 23, 2024.
After:
1. The invitation of the Meeting will be announced on Friday, December 27, 2024 at
least through the website of PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (“KSEI”), the
website of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (“IDX”), and the Company's website.
2. Shareholders who are entitled to attend/be represented and vote at the Meeting are
those whose names are recorded in the Company's Register of Shareholders on
Tuesday, December 24, 2024 and owners of the Company's shares in the sub-
securities account of KSEI on the closing of the Company's stock trading at BEI on
Tuesday, December 24, 2024.
Other information in the Announcement of the Extraordinary General Meeting of
Shareholders Year 2025 of the Company has not changed. Thus we convey this correction.
