1. Perseroan telah menyampaikan Laporan Keuangan
Interim Konsolidasian Perseroan untuk periode yang
berakhir pada tanggal 30 September 2024 (“Laporan
Keuangan 30 September 2024”) yang Tidak Diaudit
melalui Sarana Pelaporan Elektronik Terintegrasi
Emiten dan Perusahaan Publik (SPE-IDXNet) dengan
Nomor Surat 137/CS-BEI/SMN/X/2024 tertanggal 31
Oktober 2024.
The Company has submitted its Unaudited
Consolidated Interim Financial Statements for the
period ended 30 September 2024 (“Financial
Statements 30 September 2024”), through the
Integrated Electronic Reporting System for Issuers
and Public Companies (SPE-IDXNet) with Letter No.
137/CS-BEI/SMN/X/2024 dated 31 October 2024.
2. Sehubungan dengan rencana Perseroan untuk
melakukan penambahan modal dengan hak memesan
efek terlebih dahulu (“PMHMETD I”), yang masih
dalam proses perolehan pernyataan efektif dari OJK,
Perseroan telah menyampaikan Laporan Keuangan
30 September 2024 yang Ditelaah Secara Terbatas
oleh Kantor Akuntan Publik Purwantono, Sungkoro &
Surja (anggota firma dari Ernst & Young Global
Limited). Laporan Keuangan 30 September 2024
yang Ditelaah Secara Terbatas tersebut disampaikan
Perseroan melalui surat No. 181/CS-BEI/SMN/XII/24
dan No. 182/CS-BEI/SMN/XII/24, keduanya tertanggal
24 Desember 2024.
In connection with the Company’s plan to increase
capital with pre-emptive rights (“PMHMETD”), which is
still in the process of obtaining an effective statement
from the OJK, the Company has submitted the
Financial Statements 30 September 2024 which have
been Limited Reviewed by Public Accounting Firm
Purwantono, Sungkoro & Surja (a member firm of
Ernst & Young Global Limited). The Financial
Statements 30 September 2024 Limited Review were
submitted by the Company with Letter No. 181/CS-
BEI/SMN/XII/24 and No. 182/CS-BEI/SMN/XII/24,
both dated 24 December 2024.
