ANTAM Rejoins Three KEHATI ESG Indices
for the June –November 2026 Period
Jakarta, June 1 9, 2026 – PT ANTAM (Persero) Tbk (ANTAM) remains part as a constituent
of three leading Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) indices in the Indonesian
capital market, namely the SRI -KEHATI Index, ESG Quality 45 IDX KEHATI Index, and ESG
Sector Leaders IDX KEHATI Index for the June –November 2026 period. This recognition
further strengthens ANTAM’s position as a national mining company that consistently
implements sustainable business practices and good corporate governance.
The inclusion was announced by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on May 21, 2026, and
subsequently confirmed through an official letter from the KEHATI Foundation dated June
9, 2026. Based on the evaluation results, ANTAM was recognized for its strong com mitment
to sustainable corporate management by consistently integrating ESG considerations
across all of its operational and business activities.
ANTAM President Director, Untung Budiharto, stated that the Company’s inclusion in the
three KEHATI ESG ind ex reflects its commitment to balancing business growth with the
creation of long -term value for all stakeholders.
“For ANTAM, sustainability is not merely a matter of compliance, but an integral part
of the Company’s long -term business strategy. This recognition serves as motivation
for us to continue enhancing our ESG performance while strengthening ANTAM’s
contribut ion to supporting Indonesia’s sustainable development,” said Untung .
The SRI-KEHATI Index, ESG Quality 45 IDX KEHATI Index, and ESG Sector Leaders IDX KEHATI
Index are index developed by the IDX in collaboration with the KEHATI Foundation to
recognize companies that demonstrate excellence in sustainability performance,
governance quality, and the creation of sustainable economic value.
ANTAM’s inclusion in all three ind ex serves as a positive indicator of the Company’s success
in integrating ESG principles into its business strategy, risk management framework, and
corporate decision -making processes. This recognition also reinforces investor and
stakeholder confidence in A NTAM’s commitment to responsible mining practices and its
support for the sustainable development of Indonesia’s mineral industry.

As part of its ESG implementation, ANTAM continues to carry out various sustainability
initiatives across its operational areas, including greenhouse gas emission reduction,
environmental pollution control, post -mining land reclamation, biodiversity conser vation,
community development, and the strengthening of transparent and accountable corporate
governance. These efforts are aligned with the Company’s commitment to supporting
sustainable development goals and the transition toward a low -carbon economy.
Going forward, ANTAM will continue to strengthen ESG implementation throughout its
business value chain, covering exploration, mining, processing and refining, sales and
marketing, post -mining activities, as well as the development of mineral downstream
projects. These efforts are aimed at ensuring sustainable corporate growth while creating
added value for communities, the environment, and the national economy.
