Merujuk pada (i) Surat Edaran Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. SE-00002/BEI/03-2020 perihal
Tata Cara Pelaksanaan Program Kepemilikan Saham tanggal 2 Maret 2020 dan (ii) Surat
Persetujuan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. S-12400/BEI.PP1/11-2024 tanggal 25 November
2024 perihal Persetujuan Pencatatan Efek Program Management and Employee Stock Option
Plan (MESOP), dengan ini, kami, PT Global Digital Niaga Tbk (BELI atau “Perseroan”),
menyampaikan laporan hasil pelaksanaan Program MESOP I Tahap III, yang merupakan tahap
akhir dalam pelaksanaan program MESOP I Perseroan, yang telah dilaksanakan selama 5 (lima)
hari bursa sejak tanggal 15 Desember 2024 hingga 20 Desember 2024, dengan rincian sebagai
berikut: /
Referring to the (i) Indonesia Stock Exchange Directors’ Circular Letter No. SE-00002/BEI/03-
2020 regarding Procedures on the Implementation of the Share Ownership Program dated 2
March 2020 and (ii) Indonesia Stock Exchange Directors Approval Letter No. S-12400/BEI.PP1/11-
2024 dated 25 November 2024 regarding the Approval on the Management and Employee Stock
Option Plan (MESOP) Program, hereby, we, PT Global Digital Niaga Tbk (BELI or the “Company”),
submit the report on the result of the exercise of the MESOP Program I Phase III, which is the final
phase of the exercise of the Company's MESOP I Program, which has been exercised within the
period of 5 (five) stock exchange days starting from 15 December 2024 until 20 December 2024
with the following details:
