Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material BPD melakukan investasi melalui penyetoran modal sebesar
SGD806,125,- atau ekuivalen sebesar Rp9.562.996.385,- atau
sekitar 0.58% dari total ekuitas konsolidasian Perseroan per
audit tanggal 31 Desember 2023. SGS merupakan entitas
yang bergerak dalam bidang usaha industri tanaman
hidroponik sayur-sayuran dan buah-buahan.
Transaksi ini bukanlah merupakan transaksi material
sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa
Keuangan (POJK) No.17/POJK.04/2020.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Sampai dengan saat ini, tidak ada dampak kejadian, informasi
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan atau fakta material terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum,
