Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material 1. Berdasarkan Akta BSA No. 39 tanggal 20 Desember
2024 dibuat di hadapan Deni Thanur, Notaris di Jakarta
Selatan, yang telah diterima dan dicatat di Dirjen AHU
Kemenkumham berdasarkan Surat Penerimaan
Pemberitahuan Perubahan Anggaran Dasar BSA dengan No.
AHU-AH.01.03-0225915 tanggal 20 Desember 2024, dimana
tambahan modal ditempatkan dan disetor seluruhnya diambil
oleh EMS (detail terlampir).
2. Berdasarkan Akta WRL No. 40 tanggal 20 Desember
2024, dibuat di hadapan Deni Thanur, Notaris di Jakarta
Selatan, yang telah diterima dan dicatat di Dirjen AHU
Kemenkumham berdasarkan Surat Penerimaan
Pemberitahuan Perubahan Anggaran Dasar WRL dengan No.
AHU-AH.01.03-0225922 tanggal 20 Desember 2024, dimana
tambahan modal ditempatkan dan disetor seluruhnya diambil
oleh EMS (detail terlampir).
3. Berdasarkan Akta EMS No. 41 tanggal 20 Desember
2024, dibuat di hadapan Deni Thanur, Notaris di Jakarta
Selatan, yang telah diterima dan dicatat di Dirjen AHU

20 December 2024, whereby all the additional issued and
