Sesuai Keterbukaan Informasi Perseroan No. 152/CSDSS-12/2023 tanggal 19 Desember 2023, Fasilitas Kredit dijamin antara lain dengan aset Perseroan. On December 18, 2024, the Company signed first amendment to loan agreement between the Company and PT Bank Central Asia Tbk dated December 18, 2023, regarding among others, additional credit facility, i.e. multi-facility credit with a principal amount of up to USD 200,000,000 (“Credit Facility").
