Tahun 2024 merupakan tahun politik bagi Indonesia ditandai dengan pemilihan presiden di
awal tahun 2024 dan juga pemilihan kepala daerah di penghujung tahun 2024, ditambah
gejolak ekonomi global yang masih penuh tantangan. Bagaimana dampak hal-hal tersebut
terhadap kinerja Perseroan sejauh ini? / 2024 is ad major political year for Indonesia, with

Selama periode kuartal II dan kuartal III tahun 2024 beberapa pelanggan melakukan
penundaan keputusan investasi, terutama untuk kontrak-kontrak pemerintah yang dibiayai
oleh Perseroan dalam bentuk Pembiayaan investasi yang merupakan mayoritas dari portfolio
Perseroan, sehingga penundaan keputusan investasi tersebut tentu berpengaruh terhadap
kinerja Perseroan. Namun Perseroan melihat di kuartal IV kondisi tersebut sudah mulai
membaik terutama setelah pilkada, permintaan untuk investasi mulai meningkat sehingga
kinerja Perseroan di kuartal IV sudah menunjukan tren perbaikan dan lebih baik dari kuartal
sebelumnya. Jadi disini memang terjadi pergeseran waktu dari keputusan investasi yang
dilakukan dari pelanggan Perseroan. / During the 2”9 and 3 guarter of 2024 several customers
postponed their investment decisions, especially for government contracts financed by the
Company in the form of investment financing which constitutes the majority of the Company's
portfolio, s0 that the postponement of investment decisions certainly affected the Company's
performance. However, the Company sees that in the 4"" guarter these conditions have begun
to improve, especially after the elections, demand for investment began to increase so that the
Company's performance in the 4" guarter has shown an improving trend and is better than
the previous guarter. So here there is indeed a shift in the timing of investment decisions made
by the Company's customers.

meningkatkan kinerja di tahun 2024 adalah dengan memperkuat kompetensi inti dari
perusahaan seperti konstruksi, manufaktur, logistik dan kesehatan. Bagaimana peluang dari
perusahaan sendiri untuk memperluas kompetensi inti tersebut kedepan dan bukan hanya
memperkuat, yang tentu saja dengan memperluas kompetensi inti akan berdampak pada
diversifikasi bisnis perusahaan? / According to the information provided, enhancing the

Untuk meningkatkan kompetensi, Perseroan akan berusaha untuk masuk ke sektor
infrastruktur atau sektor-sektor lain yang memiliki kontribusi terhadap pembangunan
ekonomi berkelanjutan. Lebih lanjut dari sisi produk pembiayaan, Perseroan berupaya untuk
melakukan diversifikasi produk pembiayan investasi yang biasanya melalui finance lease,
namun dalam hal ini Perseroan melakukan penguatan di sisi pembiayaan modal kerja, baik

melalui pembiayaan modal usaha maupun anjak piutang atau bentuk lain. Perseroan tentu
saja akan menyampaikan permohonan persetujuan atas produk baru ke OJK sebelum
diluncurkan sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku. / The company will try to get into the

dengan triwulan III 2024 yang baru mencapai 71,744 dari keseluruhan target yang ditetapkan
di tahun 2024, bagaimana langkah strategis yang dijalankan perusahaan untuk mengejar
ketertinggalan tersebut sampai dengan akhir tahun 2024? Dan apa yang menjadi kendala
diluar faktor eksternal, apakah terdapat kendala di internal Perseroan? / What strategic
measures has the company done to catch up to the lag until the end of 2024, given the Board

Dalam rangka mencapai target Perseroan tahun ini, Perseroan akan fokus pada sektor
infrastruktur di tahun 2024. Seperti yang Anda ketahui, kinerja penyaluran pembiayaan kami
hingga kuartal ketiga tahun 2024 adalah 71,7496. Jadi untuk mencapai target kami, kami tetap
fokus pada infrastruktur di tahun ini, dan mencapai target kami juga. Dan untuk kendala,
tahun ini ada pemilihan presiden di Indonesia dan di Amerika, jadi menurut saya yang paling
penting untuk bisnis kita dan untuk menghadapi ketidakpastian, kita harus melihat apa yang
terjadi di masa depan di berbagai negara dan di Indonesia. Jadi kami akan melakukan yang

Untuk strategi tahun 2025 fokusnya tetap sama dan untuk inisiatif barunya berupa perluasan
atau diversifikasi produk. Sama seperti jawaban untuk penanya sebelumnya, Perseroan juga
akan memberikan fasilitas pembiayaan modal kerja melalui pembiayaan modal usaha maupun
anjak piutang. Selain itu Perseroan juga memiliki Unit Usaha Syariah, sehingga bisa juga
dilakukan pengembangan produk-produk pembiayaan syariah, dengan tetap menyasar tidak
hanya kepada korporasi besar, namun juga korporasi yang termasuk ke dalam kategori Usaha
Kecil dan Menengah (UKM). / For the 2025 strategy, the focus remains the same and the new
initiatives will be in the form of product expansion or diversification. Just like the answer to the
previous guestioner, the Company will also provide working capital financing facilities through
