Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (Delta Dunia Group atau Grup,
IDX: DOID) mengumumkan hasil yang stabil untuk sembilan
bulan pertama tahun 2024 (9M 2024), terus melangkah di jalur
pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan di pasar-pasar global utama,
menunjukkan ketangguhan dalam operasional dan kinerja
keuangannya meskipun menghadapi kondisi cuaca ekstrem
dan tantangan operasional. Grup juga mengambil langkah
signifikan dalam memperkuat bisnis intinya dan membangun
fondasi yang kokoh untuk pertumbuhan di masa depan melalui
akuisisi dan investasi strategis.
Pada 9M 2024, Grup mempertahankan pendapatan stabil
sebesar USD1,35 miliar, dibandingkan dengan USD1,36 miliar
year-on-year (YoY), meskipun menghadapi gangguan
operasional yang disebabkan oleh peningkatan curah hujan di
Indonesia dan Australia, yang masing-masing meningkat
sebesar 38% dan 53%. Inisiatif pemulihan setelah hujan
(recovery after rain) yang efektif membatasi penurunan
pengupasan tanah (OB removal) menjadi hanya 9% YoY,
sementara produksi batu bara meningkat 3%, mencerminkan
efektivitas strategi mitigasi dan ketahanan operasional.
EBITDA Grup turun 16,4% YoY menjadi USD252,3 juta,
terutama disebabkan oleh kondisi ekstrem tersebut dan
investasi yang direncanakan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas
produksi jangka panjang Grup.

Description of Material Information or PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (Delta Dunia Group or the Group,
Facts IDX: DOID) announced stable results for the first nine months
of 2024 (9M 2024), forging ahead on its path to sustainable
growth in key global markets, demonstrating resilience in its
operations and financial performance despite extreme weather
conditions and operational challenges. The Group is making
significant strides in strengthening its core business and laying
a solid foundation for future growth through strategic
acquisitions and investments.
In 9M 2024, the Group maintained stable revenue of USD 1.35
billion, compared to USD 1.36 billion year-on-year (YoY),
despite operational disruptions caused by increased rainfall in
Indonesia and Australia, which rose by 38% and 53%,
respectively. The effective recovery-after-rain initiative limited
the decline in overburden (OB) removal to just 9% YoY, while
coal production increased by 3%, demonstrating the
effectiveness of its mitigation strategies and operational
resilience. The Group EBITDA declined by 16.4% YoY to USD
252.3 million, impacted by these extreme conditions and
planned investments aimed at enhancing the Group long-term
production capacity.
