Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 18 Desember 2024 telah dilaksanakan Rapat
Kreditur dengan agenda pencocokan / verifikasi hutang.
Berdasarkan informasi yang Emiten terima, hutang yang telah
diajukan debitor yaitu konkuren yaitu:
1. Labora Simbolon sebesar Rp 40.335.686,-
2. Nuri Zulita Br Surbakti sebesar Rp 61.180.000,-
3. Irmawani Aritonang sebesar Rp 61.180.000,-
4. Kristina Murtwati Simbolon sebesar Rp 28.059.608,-
5. Tianna Sitanggang sebesar Rp 88.738.510,-
6. Ditawarni Sidabutar sebesar Rp 30.697.644,-
Terhadap hutang-hutang tersebut faktanya hutang atas nama
Irmawati Aritonang (Pemohon PKPU-1), Labora Simbolon
(Pemohon PKPU-2), Nuri Zulita Br Surbakti dan Ditawarni
Sidabutar telah Emiten bayarkan sebelum tanggal 18
Desember 2024. Pembayaran ini dilakukan Emiten sebagai
langkah yang diperlukan dikarenakan terdapat fakta bahwa
Irmawati Aritonang (Pemohon PKPU-1), Labora Simbolon
(Pemohon PKPU-2), sebagaimana telah diakui keduanya,
tidak pernah menandatangani Surat Kuasa yang ditujukan
kepada Kuasa Hukum Pemohon PKPU yang bernama Eka
Sapta Ginting SH., Hadi Yanto, SH., MH., CLA dan Deskiswi
Nainggolan, SH sehingga terdapat dugaan Surat Kuasa
Pemohon PKPU mengandung tanda tangan palsu.
Dengan demikian sisa hutang/tagihan yang didaftarkan pada
Pengurus PKPU yang belum diselesaikan hanya hutang atas
nama Kristina Murtwati Simbolon sebesar Rp 28.059.608,- dan
Tianna Sitanggang sebesar Rp 88.738.510,-.
Pada Rapat Kreditur tanggal 18 Desember 2024 dengan
agenda pencocokan / verifikasi hutang tidak ada Kreditor atau
Kuasanya yang hadir.
Emiten telah mengajukan surat tertanggal 18 Desember 2024
Perihal Permohonan Pencabutan Status PKPU. Permohonan
ini didasarkan kepada Pasal 259 ayat (1) Undang Undang
Nomor 37 Tahun 2004 tentang Kepailitan dan Penundaan
Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang yang memperbolehkan Kreditor
untuk mengajukan permohonan pencabutan PKPU dengan
alasan harta Debitor masih mencukupi untuk menyelesaikan
hutangnya. Selain itu alasan lainnya adalah Permohonan
PKPU cacat formil karena didasarkan kepada Surat Kuasa
palsu yang dijadikan dasar pengajuan Permohonan PKPU.
Terkait dengan adanya dugaan pemalsuan tandatangan
Irmawati Aritonang (Pemohon PKPU-1) dan Labora Simbolon
(Pemohon PKPU-2) dalam Surat Kuasa yang digunakan
Kuasa Hukum Pemohon yaitu Eka Sapta Ginting SH., Hadi
Yanto, SH., MH., CLA dan Deskiswi Nainggolan, SH, untuk
mengajukan Permohonan PKPU, Emiten telah mengajukan
Laporan Polisi di Kantor Kepolisian Daerah Sumatera Utara
sebagaimana tanda bukti Laporan Polisi No.
STTLP/B/1739/XII/2024/SPKT/Polda Sumatera Utara.

Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Emiten yakin mampu menyelesaikan proses PKPU dengan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan mempertimbangkan jumlah hutang yang relatif kecil dan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, adanya cacat formil pada Permohonan PKPU yang didasarkan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau kepada Surat Kuasa palsu.
Perusahaan Publik
Adanya Permohonan PKPU ini tidak mempengaruhi
kelangsungan usaha Emiten.

Description of Material Information or On December 18, 2024, a Creditor Meeting was held with the
Facts agenda of debt matching/verification. Based on the information
received by the Issuer, the debts submitted by the debtor are
concurrent, namely:
1. Labora Simbolon for Rp 40,335,686,-
2. Nuri Zulita Br Surbakti for Rp 61,180,000,-
3. Irmawani Aritonang for Rp 61,180,000,-
4. Kristina Murtwati Simbolon for Rp 28,059,608,-
5. Tianna Sitanggang for Rp 88,738,510,-
6. Ditawarni Sidabutar for Rp 30,697,644,-
debts in the name of Irmawati Aritonang (PKPU Applicant - 1),
Labora Simbolon (PKPU Applicant - 2), Nuri Zulita Br Surbakti
and Ditawarni Sidabutar have been paid by the Issuer before
December 18, 2024. This payment was made by the Issuer as
a necessary step due to the fact that Irmawati Aritonang
(PKPU Applicant - 1), Labora Simbolon (PKPU Applicant - 2),
as both have admitted, never signed a Power of Attorney
addressed to the PKPU Applicant's Legal Counsel named Eka
Sapta Ginting SH., Hadi Yanto, SH., MH., CLA and Deskiswi
Nainggolan, SH so that there is an allegation that the PKPU
Applicant's Power of Attorney contains a forged signature.
Thus, the remaining debts/bills registered with the PKPU
Management that have not been settled are only debts in the
name of Kristina Murtwati Simbolon amounting to Rp
28,059,608,- and Tianna Sitanggang amounting to Rp
88,738,510,-.
At the Creditors' Meeting on December 18, 2024 with the
agenda of debt verification/verification, no Creditors or their
Attorneys were present.
The Issuer has submitted a letter dated December 18, 2024
regarding the Application for Revocation of PKPU Status. This
application is based on Article 259 paragraph (1) of Law
Number 37 of 2004 concerning Bankruptcy and Suspension of
Debt Payment Obligations which allows Creditors to submit an
application for revocation of PKPU on the grounds that the
Debtor's assets are still sufficient to settle his debts. In
addition, another reason is that the PKPU Application is
formally flawed because it is based on a fake Power of
Attorney which is used as the basis for submitting the PKPU
Application.
Regarding the alleged forgery of the signatures of Irmawati
Aritonang (PKPU Applicant - 1) and Labora Simbolon (PKPU
Applicant - 2) in the Power of Attorney used by the Applicant's
Attorney, namely Eka Sapta Ginting SH., Hadi Yanto, SH.,
MH., CLA and Deskiswi Nainggolan, SH, to submit the PKPU
Application, the Issuer has filed a Police Report at the North
Sumatra Regional Police Office as evidence of Police Report
No. STTLP/B/1739/XII/2024/SPKT/North Sumatra Regional
Police.

Impact of event, material information or The Issuer is confident that it is able to complete the PKPU
facts towards Issuers or Public process by considering the relatively small amount of debt and
Company’s operational activities, legal, the existence of formal defects in the PKPU Application which
financial condition, or going concern is based on a fake Power of Attorney.
The existence of this PKPU Application does not affect the
continuity of the Issuer's business.
