Pembagian dividen interim diberikan sebesar Rp66,- (enam puluh enam Rupiah) atau senilai kisaran Rp6,16 triliun sesuai dengan jumlah saham beredar Perseroan sejumlah 93.333.333.332 (sembilan puluh tiga miliar tiga ratus tiga puluh tiga juta tiga ratus tiga puluh tiga ribu tiga ratus tiga puluh dua) lembar saham. Description of Information or Material Facts Perseroan akan mengumumkan jadwal pembagian dividen interim sesuai ketentuan Surat Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep-00077/01- 2021 tentang Perubahan Ketentuan Pelaksanaan Pembagian Dividen Saham, Pembagian Saham Bonus, dan Pembagian Dividen Interim. Based on the approval of the Board of Commissioners on the decision of the Company's Board of Directors on September 3, 2026, the Company will distribute interim dividends to shareholders for the 2026 financial year. Distribution of interim dividends amounting Rp66,- (sixty six Rupiah) per share, or around Rp6.16 trillions with respect to outstanding shares amount of 93,333,333,332 (ninety-three billion three hundred thirty-three million three hundred thirty-three thousand three hundred thirty-two) shares. The Company will announce the interim dividend distribution schedule in accordance with the provisions of Stock Exchange Decree No. Kep-00077/01-2021 concerning Changes to the Provisions for Implementing the Distribution of Stock Dividends, Distribution of Bonus Shares, and Distribution of Interim Dividends.
