Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jakarta, 18 Desember 2024 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa, IDX:
ELSA), anak usaha PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) yang
tergabung dalam Subholding Upstream Pertamina, meraih dua
penghargaan bergengsi dalam ajang "4th Anniversary
Indonesia Top GCG Awards 2024" dan "4th Anniversary
Indonesia Best Corporate Secretary Awards 2024" yang
diselenggarakan oleh The Iconomics Media dan didukung oleh
Axia Research. Acara ini berlangsung pada Selasa, 17
Desember 2024 di JS Luwansa Hotel, Jakarta.
Dalam ajang ini, The Iconomics Media menilai perusahaan
berdasarkan transparansi, kinerja keuangan, serta efektivitas
dalam pengelolaan risiko dan komunikasi publik. Corporate
Secretary dinilai memiliki peran strategis dalam menciptakan
lingkungan bisnis yang transparan dan berkelanjutan
Penghargaan pertama, Indonesia Top GCG Awards 2024,
diberikan kepada Elnusa atas keberhasilan dalam
menerapkan prinsip Good Corporate Governance (GCG)
secara konsisten dan efektif. Evaluasi ini menitikberatkan pada
transparansi, akuntabilitas, tanggung jawab, independensi,
dan keadilan perusahaan.
Penghargaan kedua, Indonesia Best Corporate Secretary
Awards 2024, mengakui kinerja unggul Corporate Secretary
Elnusa dalam memastikan transparansi informasi yang
dikomunikasikan kepada publik. Penilaian ini didasarkan pada
hasil analisis media monitoring yang dilakukan secara
independen oleh tim penilaian yang meliputi total score
sejumlah ribuan sentiment pemberitaan positif sepanjang 2024
dan total score sentiment berdasarkan judul pemberitaan
Elnusa.
Corporate Secretary Elnusa, Frida Lidwina menyampaikan
rasa syukur dan apresiasinya atas dua penghargaan ini.
"Penghargaan ini merupakan hasil ikhtiar bersama tim yang

Description of Material Information or Jakarta, 18 December 2024 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa, IDX:
Facts ELSA), a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) under
Pertamina's Subholding Upstream, has successfully earned
two prestigious awards at the "4th Anniversary Indonesia Top
GCG Awards 2024" and "4th Anniversary Indonesia Best
Corporate Secretary Awards 2024". The event was organized
by The Iconomics Media and supported by Axia Research,
taking place on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at JS Luwansa
Hotel, Jakarta.
In this event, The Iconomics Media assessed companies
based on transparency, financial performance, and
effectiveness in risk management and public communication.
The role of the Corporate Secretary was particularly
recognized for its strategic importance in creating a
transparent and sustainable business environment.
The first award, Indonesia Top GCG Awards 2024, was
presented to Elnusa for its success in consistently and
effectively implementing the principles of Good Corporate
Governance (GCG). The evaluation emphasized transparency,
accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness
within the company.
The second award, Indonesia Best Corporate Secretary
Awards 2024, recognized the outstanding performance of
Elnusa's Corporate Secretary in ensuring the transparency of
information communicated to the public. The assessment was
based on independent media monitoring analysis, which
included the total score of thousands of positive sentiment
news articles throughout 2024 and sentiment scores derived
from news headlines about Elnusa.

gratitude and appreciation for the two awards. "These awards
