Elnusa Achieves Prestigious Recognition at Indonesia GCG &
             Corporate Secretary Awards 2024
Jakarta, 18 December 2024 – PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa, IDX: ELSA), a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) under
Pertamina's Subholding Upstream, has successfully earned two prestigious awards at the “4th Anniversary Indonesia Top
GCG Awards 2024” and “4th Anniversary Indonesia Best Corporate Secretary Awards 2024”. The event was organized by The
Iconomics Media and supported by Axia Research, taking place on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at JS Luwansa Hotel, Jakarta.

In this event, The Iconomics Media assessed companies based on transparency, financial performance, and effectiveness in
risk management and public communication. The role of the Corporate Secretary was particularly recognized for its strategic
importance in creating a transparent and sustainable business environment.

The first award, Indonesia Top GCG Awards 2024, was presented to Elnusa for its success in consistently and effectively
implementing the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG). The evaluation emphasized transparency, accountability,
responsibility, independence, and fairness within the company.

The second award, Indonesia Best Corporate Secretary Awards 2024, recognized the outstanding performance of Elnusa's
Corporate Secretary in ensuring the transparency of information communicated to the public. The assessment was based on
independent media monitoring analysis, which included the total score of thousands of positive sentiment news articles
throughout 2024 and sentiment scores derived from news headlines about Elnusa.
