Facts POJK Number: 33/POJK.04/2014 concerning the Board of
Directors and Board of Commissioners of Issuers or Public
Companies and referring to the Decree of the Board of
Commissioners of PT Pelayaran Nelly Dwi Putri Tbk Number:
005/SK-DK/VI/2026 dated June 17, 2026, PT Pelayaran Nelly
Dwi Putri Tbk (Company) hereby informs that the Board of
Commissioners has temporarily dismissed Mr. Eduard
Halomoan as Director of the Company effective as of June 17,
2026. Regarding the temporary dismissal of the member of the
Board of Directors, it will be decided further in the General
Meeting of Shareholders of the Company, the time of which we
will further inform to revoke or confirm the decision on the
temporary dismissal.
