1163/MA/MZH/1222 tanggal 16 Desember 2022 dan Skedul
No. 1164/LN/MZH/1222 tentang Pinjaman Berulang tanggal 16
Desember 2022, Perubahan No.1046/AMD/MZH/1223 dan
No.1047/AMD/MZH/1223 keduanya tertanggal 15 Desember
2023, serta Perubahan No. 1243/AMD/MZH/1224 tertanggal
16 Desember 2024 dengan nilai kontrak sebesar

Recurring Loan Facility without Commitment made under
Credit Facility Agreement No. 1163/MA/MZH/1222 dated
December 16, 2022 and Schedule No. 1164/LN/MZH/1222
regarding Recurring Loan dated December 16, 2022,
Amendment No.1046/AMD/MZH/1223 and
No.1047/AMD/MZH/1223 both dated December 15, 2023, and
Amendment No. 1243/AMD/MZH/1224 dated December 16,
2024 with a contract value of Rp300,000,000,000.00.
Impact of event, material information or There is no impact on the Company's operational activities,
facts towards Issuers or Public financial condition, and continuity of the Company's business,
