Menjadi:

83.559.636.344 (delapan puluh tiga miliar lima
ratus lima puluh sembilan juta enam ratus tiga
puluh enam ribu tiga ratus empat puluh empat)
saham, dengan nilai nominal seluruhnya sebesar
Rp19.051.597.086.432,- (sembilan belas triliun
lima puluh satu miliar lima ratus sembilan puluh
tujuh juta delapan puluh enam ribu empat ratus
tiga puluh dua Rupiah):

Adapun peningkatan modal ditempatkan dan
modal disetor tersebut di atas adalah
sebagaimana ternyata dalam Akta No. 14 tanggal
16 Desember 2024, yang dibuat dihadapan
Notaris Ashoya Ratam S.H., MKn beserta
dokumen pendukungnya, yang telah diterima dan
dicatat dalam Sistem Administrasi Badan Hukum
sebagaimana termuat dalam Penerimaan
