Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan menerima surat pengunduran diri Bapak Ahmad
Zakky Habibie dari jabatannya selaku Direktur dan Sekretaris
Perusahaan. Sehubungan dengan pengunduran diri tersebut,
Perseroan menyampaikan bahwa:
a) Terhitung sejak tanggal 1 Januari 2025 sampai
dengan pengangkatan Sekretaris Perusahaan yang baru dan
definitif, fungsi Sekretaris Perusahaan untuk sementara waktu
akan dirangkap oleh Direktur Utama, yaitu Bapak Ratno
Paskalis Hermawan;
- Perseroan akan mengumumkan pengangkatan
Sekretaris Perusahaan yang baru sesuai dengan Peraturan
OJK No. 35/POJK.04/2014 tentang Sekretaris Perusahaan
Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik ("POJK 35/2014"); dan
b) Pengunduran diri Bapak Ahmad Zakky Habibie dari
jabatannya selaku Direktur Persereoan akan diputuskan dalam
Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa Perseroan, sesuai
dengan Anggaran Dasar Perseroan dan peraturan perundang-
undangan yang berlaku.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak terdapat dampak signifikan terhadap kegiatan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan dan kelangsungan

Description of Material Information or The Company has received a resignation letter of Mr. Ahmad
Facts Zakky Habibie from his title as the Director and Corporate
Secretary. With due regards to the said resignation, the
Company hereby advises the following:
a) Effective as of January 1, 2025 until the appointment
of a new and definitive Corporate Secretary, for the time being
the Corporate Secretary function is concurrently held by the
Company's President Director, namely Mr. Ratno Paskalis
Hermawan;
- the Company will further announce the appointment
of the new Company's Corporate Secretary pursuant with
provisions of OJK Regulation No. 35/POJK.04/2014 regarding
Corporate Secretary of Issuer the Public Company ("POJK
35/2014"); and
b) Resignation of Mr. Ahmad Zakky Habibie from his title
as the Company''s Director shall be resolved in the Company's
Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders under the
provisions of the Company's Articles of Association and the
prevailing laws and regulations.
