melaksanakan Penambahan Modal Tanpa Hak Memesan Efek Terlebih Dahulu Company has implemented the Capital Increases without Pre-Emptive Rights
(“PMTHMETD”) melalui Program Kepemilikan Saham Manajemen dan (“PMTHMETD”), through the Company’s Management and Employee Stock
Karyawan (“Program MESOP”) Perseroan Periode Pelaksanaan II, pada Ownership Program (“MESOP Program”) of Grant Cycle II,
tanggal 11 Desember 2024, dengan menerbitkan sebanyak 75.000.000 (tujuh on 11 December 2024, by issuing 75,000,000 (seventy five million) new shares
puluh lima juta) saham baru dengan nilai nominal Rp20,- per saham, pada with a nominal value of IDR20 per share, at the exercise price of IDR436 per
