Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Berdasarkan POJK 29/2023 serta merujuk pada Keterbukaan
Informasi Perseroan tanggal 9 Mei 2025 sehubungan dengan
Rencana Pembelian Kembali Saham (Pembelian Kembali
Saham) dan Keputusan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar
Biasa tanggal 18 Juni 2025 (RUPSLB 18 Juni 2025), dengan
ini kami melaporkan bahwa Perseroan telah menyelesaikan
periode Pembelian Kembali Saham yang dimulai sejak tanggal
19 Juni 2025 dan berakhir pada 18 Juni 2026. Dengan
demikian, pelaksanaan Pembelian Kembali Saham
sebagaimana telah disetujui dalam RUPSLB 18 Juni 2025
telah berakhir, dengan total saham yang dibeli kembali
sebanyak 7.593.660.600 lembar saham Seri A.
Sampai dengan tanggal surat ini, jumlah Saham Treasuri
adalah sebanyak 39.780.078.403 saham Seri A sehingga
jumlah saham Perseroan yang beredar tanpa menghitung
Saham Treasuri adalah sebanyak 1.151.364.918.817 saham.
Perseroan juga telah melaporkan hasil Pembelian Kembali
Saham ini kepada para pemegang saham dalam Rapat Umum
Pemegang Saham Tahunan yang diselenggarakan pada hari
ini, 18 Juni 2026.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Informasi tersebut tidak berdampak merugikan terhadap
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau

Report on Information or Material Fact regarding End of Period
Type of Material Information or Facts of 2025-2026 Share Buyback
Description of Material Information or Based on POJK 29/2023 and referring to the Company's
Facts Information Disclosure dated May 9, 2025 regarding the Share
Buyback Plan (Share Buyback) and the Decision of the
Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders dated June 18,
2025 (EGMS June 18, 2025), we hereby report that the
Company has completed the Share Buyback period which
commenced on June 19, 2025 and ended on June 18, 2026.
Hence, the implementation of the Share Buyback as approved
in the EGMS June 18, 2025 has been completed, with a total
of 7,593,660,600 Series A shares repurchased.
As of the date of this letter, the total number of Treasury
Shares is 39,780,078,403 Series A shares, so that the total
number of floating Company shares excluding the Treasury
Shares is 1,151,364,918,817 shares.
The Company has also reported the results of this Share
Buyback to the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders held today, June 18, 2026.
