subsidiary through Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama Pte. Ltd.

Description of Material Information or This Disclosure of Information is in connection with the
Facts Companys Disclosure of Information dated 3 December 2024,
pursuant to letter number 139/DOID/OJK-BEI/XII/2024 (Initial
Disclosure of Information). All definitions in this Disclosure of
Information shall have the same meaning with definition in the
Initial Disclosure of Information, unless otherwise defined
herein.
On 12 December 2024, BUMA SG has exercised its right to
take-up its full pro-rata non-renounceable entitlement offer
(Entitlement Offer) through Tranche I allocation by investing
199,409,026 (one hundred ninety-nine million four hundred
nine thousand and twenty-six) shares in 29Metals.
For further information, please refer to the attached Disclosure
of Information.
