Pada tanggal 12 Desember 2024, BUMA
SG telah melaksanakan haknya atas
penawaran hak memesan efek secara
pro rata yang tidak dapat ditarik kembali
(“Penawaran Hak Memesan Efek”)
melalui alokasi Tahap | dengan
melakukan penyertaan saham 29Metals
sebanyak 199.409.026 (seratus sembilan
puluh sembilan juta empat ratus
sembilan ribu dua puluh enam) saham,
dengan nilai AUSO,27 (dua puluh tujuh
sen Dolar Australia) per saham
(“Penyertaan Saham Tahap 1”). Dengan
demikian, total nilai Penyertaan Saham
Tahap I adalah sejumlah
AUS53.840.437,02 (lima puluh tiga juta
delapan ratus empat puluh ribu empat
ratus tiga puluh tujuh dan dua sen Dolar
Australia).

Setelah Penyertaan Saham Tahap |
berlaku efektif, BUMA SG, bersama
dengan afiliasinya yaitu BUMA Australia
Pty. Ltd. (“BUMA Australia”), memiliki
sebanyak 241.442.987 (dua ratus empat
puluh satu juta empat ratus empat puluh
dua ribu sembilan ratus delapan puluh
tujuh) saham atau setara dengan 19,54
(sembilan belas koma lima — persen)
saham atas 29Metals. Penyertaan Saham
Tahap I tersebut juga telah diumumkan
oleh 29Metals di Bursa Efek Australia.

Selanjutnya, BUMA SG juga akan
melaksanakan haknya untuk melakukan
penyertaan saham melalui alokasi Tahap
Il (“Penyertaan Saham Tahap II”) yang
akan dilakukan oleh 29Metals. Setelah
penyelesaian Penyertaan Saham Tahap
Il, maka BUMA SG bersama dengan
BUMA Australia diperkirakan akan
memiliki sebanyak 19,996 (sembilan belas
koma sembilan persen) saham atas

(“Initial Disclosure of Information”).

On 12 December 2024, BUMA SG has
exercised its right to take-up its full
pro-rata non-renounceable
entitlement offer (“Entitlement
Offer”) through Tranche I allocation
by investing 199,409,026 (one
hundred ninety-nine million four
hundred nine thousand and twenty-

six) shares in 29Metals, with da
subscription price of AUSO.27

Dollar) per share (the “Tranche 1
Shares Subscription"). Thus, the
total value of the Shares Subscription
of Tranche 1 is AUS53,840,437.02
(fifty-three million eight hundred
forty thousand four hundred thirty-
seven and two cents Australian
Dollar).

Upon completion of the Tranche I
Shares Subscription, BUMA SG,
together with its affiliate, BUMA
Australia — Pty. Ltd. (“BUMA
Australia”), own 241,442,987 (two
hundred forty one million four
hundred forty two thousand nine
hundred and eighty seven) shares or
eguivalent to 19.54 (nineteen point
five percent) of shares in 29Metals.
Tranche I Shares Subscription has
also been announced by 29Metals in
the Australia Securities Exchange.

Furthermore, BUMA SG will also
exercise its right to conduct shares
subscription through Tranche II
allocation (“Tranche II Shares
Subscription”) which will be done by
29Metals. Upon the completion of
Tranche II Shares Subscription,
BUMA SG together with BUMA
Australia is expected to own
