pr AKR corporindo Tbk 3 | Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 26 November 2024, PT Anugerah Krida Retailindo berkedudukan di Jakarta Barat (“AKRIDA"”), anak perusahaan Perseroan, telah menandatangani akta peningkatan modal dasar serta modal ditempatkan dan disetor, menjadi sebagai berikut: Modal Dasar - Semula : Rp. 1.000.000.000.000 “ - Menjadi : Rp. 1.500.000.000.000 - Modal Ditempatkan dan Modal Disetor - Semula :Rp. 967.165.000.000,- - Menjadi : Rp. 1.039.165.000.000,- - Adapun peningkatan modal ditempatkan dan disetor AKRIDA tersebut sejumlah Rp. 72.000.000.000,- diambil bagian serta disetor penuh seluruhnya oleh Perseroan. Dana yang diperoleh AKRIDA akan digunakan untuk menunjang kegiatan usaha AKRIDA dan/atau untuk permodalan anak-anak perusahaan AKRIDA.
