Ltd., telah menunjuk Samudra (Investment) Pte. Ltd. dan Ocean Continuum Pte. Ltd. untuk melaksanakan MTO atas saham Perseroan. That in connection with — the implementation of the MTO, the new controller of the Company, namely Pacific Universal Investments Pte. Ltd., has appointed Samudra (Investment) Pte. Ltd. and Ocean Continuum Pte. Ltd. to carry out the MTO for the Company's shares. Periode pelaksanaan MTO tersebut berlangsung mulai tanggal 18 Juni 2026 hingga 17 Juli 2026. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, pengumuman kepada publik telah dilakukan oleh pengendali baru melalui surat kabar Harian Ekonomi Neraca pada tanggal 17 Juni 2026. The implementation period of the MTO Shall befrom 18 June 2026 to 17July 2026. In connection with this, the announcement to the public was made by the new controlling shareholder through the Harian Ekonomi Neraca newspaper on 17 June 2026. Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik/ Impact of the event, the material information or fact on the operational activities, legal matters, financial condition, or business continuity of the Issuers or Public Companies.
