8 ayat 3 POJK Nomor 33/POJK.04/2014,
Keputusan atas permohonan pengunduran diri
Bapak Ivan Adrian Sumampouw dari
jabatannya sebagai Direktur Kredit dan Risiko
Perseroan akan dilaksanakan dalam Rapat
Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS) terdekat.

In reference to the provisions of the Financial
Services Authority Regulation No.
31/POJK.04/2015 concerning Disclosure of
Material Information or Facts by Issuers or Public
Companies (“POJK 31/2015”) and Financial
Services Authority Regulation No.
33/POJK.04/2014 concerning the Board of
Directors and the Board of Commissioners of
Issuers or Public Companies (“POJK 33/2014”),
we hereby inform you that PT Bank Maspion
Indonesia Tbk (the “Company”) has received a
resignation letter from Mr. Ivan Adrian
Sumampouw as Credit and Risk Director of the
Company on December, 6" 2024
Furthermore, to comply with provisions of Article
8 paragraph (3) POJK No. 33/POJK.04/2014,
the decision regarding resignation reguest of Mr.
Ivan Adrian Sumampouw from his position as
Credit and Risk Director of the Company will be
made at the nearest General Meeting of
Shareholders (GMS).
