Production:
• Total Production for 9M-24 at 57.3MT vs 56.2MT in 9M-23 mainly due to better performances
from the contractors and less rainfall in KPC.
Prices:
• Realised coal prices for 9M-24 decreased to $73.7/t vs $85.2/t in 9M-23 in line with the downward
trend of global coal prices.
Production Costs:
• Unit costs decreased from $51.6/t in 9M-23 to $46.1/t in 9M-24 mainly due to lower oil prices,
lower stripping ratio, and higher KPC’s productivity.

Awards in Jakarta (26/11). This award was given by Investortrust.id in recognition of the company's superior
performance in implementing sustainable environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices.
The ESG Merit in Sustainable Stewardship Award is given based on a number of comprehensive assessments, such
as disclosure of ESG indicators and BUMI's business development. Apart from that, awards were also given for the

Best Corporate Transparency & Emission Reduction Award 2024. The event was held by Investortrust.id in collaboration with
Bumi Global Karbon Foundation (BGK) in Jakarta (29/5).
The calculation of emission reductions in this event is based on data from 2023 sustainable reports of each company. Based on
this, BUMI received two highest awards, namely Green Elite and Gold Plus. Apart from that, in line with BUMI, KPC was
conferred two awards, namely Green Elite and Silver Plus. The Green Elite Award is an award category that shows transparency
in reducing corporate emissions, while Silver Plus and Gold Plus show transparency in calculating corporate emissions.

BUMI RECOGNIZED AMONGST TOP 7 CORPORATE TAXPAYERS IN INDONESIA FOR
2023 BY DIRECTOR GENERAL TAXATION
PT Bumi Resources Tbk. (“BUMI” or “Company”) won an award as Corporate
Taxpayer with Largest Contribution to the Exchequer for 2023 from the Regional
Office of Directorate General of Taxes of Special Jakarta (“Kanwil DJP”) on 23 April in
Jakarta. The award was received by BUMI’s Director, Rio Supin.
This event was attended by Director General of Taxes, Mr. Suryo Utomo and
opened by Head of the Kanwil DJP, Mr. Irawan. Taxpayers who received such
appreciation and were invited by the Kanwil DJP have undergone a selection
process determined by certain criteria within the respective work units of the
Kanwil DJP.
