                   ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE RESULTS OF THE IMPLEMENTATION
                  OF CAPITAL INCREASE WITHOUT PRE-EMPTIVE RIGHTS (“NPR”)
                       PT ENERGI MEGA PERSADA TBK (THE “COMPANY”)


Referring to the provisions of Financial Services Authority Regulation (“POJK”) No. 32/POJK.04/2015 Article 43B as
amended by POJK No. 14/POJK.04/2019 concerning Amendments to POJK No. 32/POJK.04/2015 concerning
Capital Increases of Public Companies by Granting Pre-Emptive Rights (“POJK 14/2019”), we hereby convey the
results of the implementation of the NPR as follows:

 1.   Number of additional shares issued and           :    218,313,500 new Series B shares with a nominal
      listed                                                value of Rp100,- per share.

 2.   NPR Exercise Price                               :    Rp1,550,-.

 3.   Date of NPR Implementation                       :    12 June 2026.

 4.   Date of Listing of Additional Shares             :    15 June 2026.

 5.   Parties Subscribing to the New Shares from       :    PT Bakrie Kalila Investment (“BKI”) is an affiliated
      the NPR Implementation                                party of the Company, since BKI is the controlling
                                                            party of the Company. Therefore, BKI’s participation
                                                            in the Company’s NPR constitutes an affiliated
                                                            transaction     as     referred    to   in    POJK
                                                            No. 42/POJK.04/2020 on Affiliated Transactions and
                                                            Conflict of Interest Transactions (“POJK 42/2020”).
                                                            However, pursuant to Article 44B of POJK 14/2019,
                                                            the Company is exempted from complying with the
                                                            provisions of POJK 42/2020.

 6.   Use of Proceeds Plan for the NPR                 :    Subject to the prevailing laws and regulations, all
                                                            proceeds received by the Company from the
                                                            implementation of NPR will be used for the working
                                                            capital requirements of the Company's subsidiaries,
                                                            namely PT Imbang Tata Alam and EMP Malacca
                                                            Strait S.A.

After the implementation of the NPR, the Company’s issued and fully paid-up capital will increase to 26,564,543,750
shares or amounting to Rp6,953,297,954,000.- .

Thus, this announcement is hereby conveyed.
