sebagai upaya hukum atas Putusan Pengadilan Negeri
Jakarta Timur Nomor 5/Pdt.G/2024/PN.Jkt.Tim tanggal 19
September 2024, bersama ini kami sampaikan amar Putusan
Nomor 1329/PDT/2024/PT DKI sebagai berikut:
Mengadili :
1. Menerima permohonan banding dari Pembanding I semula
Tergugat dan dari Pembanding II semula Turut
Tergugat II.
2. Membatalkan Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Timur
Nomor 5/Pdt.G/2024/PN.Jkt.Tim tanggal 19
September 2024 yang dimohonkan banding.

Dalam Eksepsi:
Menyatakan menolak eksepsi dari Tergugat dan Turut
Tergugat I serta dari Turut Tergugat II untuk seluruhnya.
Dalam Pokok Perkara:
1. Menolak gugatan Penggugat untuk seluruhnya.
2. Menghukum Terbanding semula Penggugat untuk
membayar biaya perkara dalam dua tingkat peradilan,
yang dalam tingkat banding ditetapkan sejumlah
Rp150.000,00 (seratus lima puluh ribu Rupiah).

Description of Material Information or In relation to the Companys appeal filed on October 2, 2024,
Facts based on the Electronic Appeal Statement Deed Number
107/Tim/X/2024-AP, Jo. Number 5/Pdt.G/2024/PN.Jkt.Tim as
a legal effort against the East Jakarta District Courts Decision
Number 5/Pdt.G/2024/PN.Jkt.Tim dated September 19, 2024,
we hereby submit the ruling of Decision Number
1329/PDT/2024/PT DKI as follows:
Judgment:
1. Accept the appeal from Appellant I, originally the Defendant,
and from Appellant II, originally Co-Defendant II.
2. Annul the East Jakarta District Courts Decision Number
5/Pdt.G/2024/PN.Jkt.Tim dated September 19, 2024, which
was the subject of the appeal.
Self-Judgment: In the Exception: Declare the exception from
the Defendant and Co-Defendant I, as well as from Co-
Defendant II, to be entirely rejected.
In the Main Case:
1. Reject the Plaintiffs lawsuit in its entirety.
2. Order the Appellee, originally the Plaintiff, to pay the legal
costs in two levels of court, with the appeal level cost set at
IDR 150,000.00 (one hundred and fifty thousand Rupiah).
