Sehubungan dengan kewajiban untuk menyelenggarakan Public Expose Tahunan sekurang-kurangnya 1 (satu)
kali dalam setahun, sesuai dengan ketentuan dalam Peraturan PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Nomor I-E tentang
Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi (Lampiran Keputusan Direksi PT BEI No. Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 tanggal 30
September 2022), dengan ini disampaikan rencana penyelenggaraan Public Expose Tahunan 2024 PT KDB Tifa
Finance Tbk (“Perseroan”) sebagai berikut /
In connection with the obligation to hold an Annual Public Expose at least 1 (one) time a year, in accordance with
the provisions in the Indonesian Stock Exchange Regulation Number I-E concerning Obligations to Submit
Information (Attachment to Decree of the Directors of PT BEI No. Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 dated 30 September
2022), we hereby submit the plan to hold the 2024 Annual Public Expose of PT KDB Tifa Finance Tbk (the
“Company”) as follows :
