POJK 29/2023, dimana dalam hal terdapat perubahan atau
penambahan informasi, Perseroan wajib untuk mengumumkan
kepada pemegang saham dan menyampaikan kepada OJK
perubahan dan/atau tambahan Keterbukaan Informasi atas
Keterbukaan Informasi Dalam Rangka Rencana Pembelian
Kembali Saham Perseroan paling lambat 2 (dua) hari kerja
sebelum pelaksanaan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham,
dengan ini Perseroan menyampaikan Tambahan Informasi
atas Keterbukaan Informasi atas Rencana Pembelian Kembali
Saham Perseroan.

Jasa Keuangan / OJK) Regulation No. 29/POJK.04/2023
(POJK 29/2023) on Buyback of Shares Issued by Public
Companies, taking into account Article 7 of POJK 29/2023, in
the event of any changes or additional of information, the
Company is required to announce to the shareholders and
submit to OJK any amendment and/or additional Disclosure of
Information on the Proposed Share Buyback of the Company
no later than 2 (two) business days prior to the General
Meeting of Shareholders, the Company hereby submit the
Additional Information of the Disclosure of Information
regarding the Proposed Share Buyback of the Company.
