Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Menindaklanjuti pengumuman ringkasan risalah Rapat Umum
Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa Perseroan dan keterbukaan
informasi terkait aksi korporasi pembagian dividen tunai
tertanggal 20 November 2024, bersama ini kami informasikan
bahwa kurs yang digunakan untuk pembagian tambahan
dividen tunai final sebagaimana disetujui berdasarkan
keputusan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Perseroan pada
tanggal 18 November 2024 mengacu pada kurs tengah Bank
Indonesia tanggal 18 November 2024, yaitu senilai
Rp15.888/USD (lima belas ribu delapan ratus delapan puluh
delapan Rupiah).
Dengan demikian jumlah keseluruhan tambahan dividen tunai
final yang akan dibagikan Perseroan dalam mata uang Rupiah
adalah sebesar Rp41.775.804.852.062,- (empat puluh satu
triliun tujuh ratus tujuh puluh lima miliar delapan ratus empat
juta delapan ratus lima puluh dua ribu enam puluh dua
Rupiah) untuk 30.758.665.900 saham atau sebesar
Rp1.358,18 (seribu tiga ratus lima puluh delapan koma satu
delapan Rupiah) per saham.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada dampak yang signifikan atas informasi ini terhadap
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau

The Information of the Exchange Rate and Amount for the
Type of Material Information or Facts Distribution of Additional Final Cash Dividend of PT Alamtri
Resources Indonesia Tbk (previously PT Adaro Energy
Indonesia Tbk) (the Company)
Description of Material Information or Following up on the announcement on the summary minute of
Facts the Companys extraordinary general meeting of shareholders
and the information disclosure on the corporate action for
distributing additional final cash dividends of November 20th,
2024, we hereby announce that the exchange rate for the
distribution of the additional final cash dividends as approved
based of the Companys General Meeting of Shareholders on
November 18th, 2024 shall be the middle rate of Bank
Indonesia of November 18th, 2024 of Rp15,888/US$ (fifteen
thousand eight hundred and eighty-eight rupiah per United
States dollars).
Therefore, the total additional final cash dividends to be
distributed by the Company in Rupiah currency is
Rp41,775,804,852,062,- (forty-one trillion seven hundred
seventy-five billion eight hundred and four million eight
hundred fifty-two thousand and sixty-two rupiah) for
30,758,665,900 shares or Rp1,358.18 (one thousand three
hundred fifty-eight point one eight rupiah) per share.
