dividends of November 20th, 2024, we hereby
announce that the exchange rate for the

distribution of the additional final cash
dividends as approved based of the Company’s
General Meeting of Shareholders on November
18th, 2024 shall be the middle rate of Bank
Indonesia of November 18th, 2024 of
Rp15,888/US$ (fifteen thousand eight hundred
and eighty-eight rupiah per United States
dollars).
Therefore, the total additional final cash
dividends to be distributed by the Company in
Rupiah currency is Rp41,775,804,852,062,-
(forty-one trillion seven hundred seventy-five
billion eight hundred and four million eight
hundred fifty-two thousand and sixty-two
rupiah) for 30,758,665,900 shares or Rp1,358.18
(one thousand three hundred fifty-eight point
one eight rupiah) per share.
